Registered users of our SaaS software Seerene have the possibility to login to the software through our website on www.seerene.com. Following the login the user is forwarded to a separate website operating the Saas. On our website we included a recruitment tool operated by Personio GmbH providing the possibility to apply for job vacancies online directly through our website. This recruitment process is covered by separate Data Protection Information, which can be retrieved here

2. Explanation of Terms

Personal Data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (‘data subject’); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.

5. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to analyze website usage. The data obtained from this is used to optimize our website and advertising measures.
Google Analytics is provided to us by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Google processes website usage data on our behalf and is contractually committed to measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of the processed data.

No personal data such as name, address or contact details are ever transferred to Google Analytics.

This data is transferred to Google servers in the USA. We would like to point out that the same level of protection under data protection law cannot be guaranteed in the USA as within the EU.

Google Analytics stores cookies in your web browser for a period of two years since your last visit. These cookies contain a randomly generated user ID with which you can be recognized during future website visits.


The recorded data is stored together with the randomly generated user ID, which enables the evaluation of pseudonymous user profiles.

6. Google Fonts

Our website uses Google Fonts to display external fonts. This is a service provided by Google Inc., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (hereinafter: Google).

Our website uses Hubspot a Marketing Automation Tool provided by Hubspot Inc., 25 First Street, 2nd Floor, Cambridge, MA 02141 USA.

On the one hand, the personal data, which you provide, for example, when using our contact form or registering for our newsletter, are stored and processed on the servers of our software partner HubSpot.

Based on your consent, the personal data arising in this context will be stored in our system for answering your inquiry and contacting you with additional information on our products upon your revocation of your consent. If you only provide your email address, we will only contact you via email. If you also provide your telephone number we may choose also to contact you via telephone. The data will deleted upon you request or withdrawal of your consent or, if statutory retention obligations are applicable, its processing will be restricted, unless any further processing is covered by a legal basis.

12. Downloading Content (“Content Gate”)

On our website we offer the possibility to download content, such as videos, ebooks, presentations etc. Before downloading any content you have to register for our Resource Center by providing your name, company, job title, email address and optional comments through a registration form. This information is stored in our Salesforce CRM and on the servers of our software partner HubSpot together with the information on which content you downloaded from our site, the country, region and city you are browsing from (via your IP address). Once you have registered, a cookie is set by our website to identify you in future sessions so that you won’t have to register again. Please note that you will be asked to register again, if this cookie is removed.

Above information is stored in our CRM for an unlimited time and we use the information based on your prior consent to contact you to provide you with information on Sereene’s products.

The processing of your personal data when registering to our Resource Center and downloading content from our website is based on your consent (Legal Basis Art. 6 (1) s. 1 lit. (a) GDPR.) Of course, registering to our Resource Center and downloading content from our website is voluntary and you can freely decide whether or not you like to do so and to submit personal data to us. You can also withdraw your consent at any time, and you may do so by contacting us using our online contact form or by sending an email to privacypolicy@seerene.com.
